Starting Friday, April 21, 2023, the smartphone will be available exclusively on the company’s e-store or on Flipkart.

The base variant of the Vivo T2x 5G costs Rs. 12,999 in India. The base model comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Other RAM configurations of 6GB and 8GB are available for Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999, respectively. Internal storage on all three models is 128 GB. The Vivo T2x 5G is currently available in three colours: Glimmer Black, Aurora Gold, and Marine Blue. According to Vivo, the smartphone will be available exclusively on the company’s e-store or on Flipkart beginning Friday, April 21, 2023.
Unboxing
The Vivo T2x 5G comes in a standard white Vivo retail box with light grey Vivo branding and the product name in bold on top. The back of the retail box listed all of the important product details. The back of the box clearly highlights the smartphone’s most important features, such as the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G Processor, Extended RAM 3.0, 50-Megapixel Super Night Camera, and 5000mAh Battery with 18W Fast Charging.
When we open the retail box, we find the Vivo T2x 5G smartphone neatly tucked at the top. Aside from the smartphone, the retail box contains few other accessories and important documentation. The retail box contains the following items: a USB power adapter, a USB cable, a Sim eject tool, a TPU phone case, a pre-applied protecting screen film, and important documentation.

Design
The design quality of the Vivo T2x 5G is one of the first things you will notice. The T2X 5G’s ultra slim body makes it one of the easier-to-hold Vivo smartphones with a boxy body design.
The overall design of this smartphone is appealing, with only 8.15 mm thickness and a 2.5D straight frame. It perfectly combines fashion and simplicity. The smooth-to-touch finish adds a touch of glamour while also increasing comfort when holding the device. The smartphone is available in three different colours: Aurora Gold, Marine Blue, and Glimmer Black. And, thanks to the innovative Starlight Inner Plating Process, the colours become even more captivating.
The Vivo T2X 5G has a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with a 1080 x 2408 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 401 ppi. The bezel-less design with a water drop notch and aspect ratio of 20:9 provides a wide and immersive viewing experience. We tried to understand the smartphone’s display quality by watching some videos on it, and the results were satisfactory.
Performance
The Vivo T2X 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, which is manufactured on a 7nm process and houses an octa-core CPU. The CPU is made up of a dual-core Cortex A76 processor running at 2.2 GHz, a hexa-core Cortex A55 processor running at 2 GHz, and a quad-core processor. This processor configuration provides outstanding performance for daily tasks, gaming, and multitasking. The phone also has 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, which is sufficient memory for most users.
Camera
Although the selfie camera is somewhat disappointing, we were very impressed with the overall camera features of the Vivo T2x 5G during our testing. Even in low-light conditions, the 50-megapixel primary camera can capture stunningly clear and detailed photos. The f/1.8 aperture lets more light into the lens, producing brighter and more vivid images.
A 2-megapixel macro camera is also included. We tried taking some close-up shots, and it was able to capture them with great detail and clarity. The autofocus works smoothly as well, making it easy to focus on the subject of the photograph, and the LED flash ensures that images are well-lit and not too dark.
We also enjoyed the various shooting modes, such as continuous shooting and HDR, which allow us to capture more detailed and dynamic images. The Super Night Mode is another feature that both the rear and front cameras have. Camera features such as digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, as well as touch to focus make it even easier to take great photos.
Battery
Based on the battery specifications, the Vivo T2X 5G has an impressive battery life. The phone can easily last all day on a single charge thanks to its massive 5000mAh battery capacity and 18W fast charging support. We ran a few battery tests on the device, and the results were consistent with our expectations. We had the opportunity to use the phone for several hours on end, browsing social media, streaming videos, and making calls without worrying about the battery dying.
